The minimum order quantity is 50 pcs. This applies to orders with custom under-brim digital heat-transfer printing and logo application. For initial sampling or small-unit requirements, please submit an RFQ to discuss options.
What file formats are accepted for under-brim digital heat-transfer printing?
File format and resolution requirements are confirmed at the PP sample stage. High-resolution vector or raster artwork files are generally preferred for full-color digital heat-transfer printing. Our team will advise on specifications when reviewing your artwork submission.
Can the chin rope toggle material be specified?
Yes. The adjustable chin rope toggle is available in wood or plastic. The preferred option can be specified at the OEM documentation stage.
What head sizes are available, and can custom sizing be ordered?
The standard adult head size is 22.8–23.6 in (58–60 cm) circumference. Custom sizing in the range of 22.0–24.4 in (56–62 cm) is available via OEM specification. Please include sizing requirements in your RFQ.
How quickly can samples be provided?
Existing samples are available in 1 business day. Customized logo samples — including under-brim print and logo application — are available in 5–7 business days. A pre-production (PP) sample is submitted for buyer approval before mass production begins.
What logo application methods are available in addition to under-brim printing?
Logo application methods include embroidered patch, woven label, rubber patch, and direct printing on the hat body. The appropriate method depends on your logo format and institutional requirements, confirmed at the PP sample stage.

Yes. Hat body and ribbon colors are customizable via Pantone matching to align with uniform specifications or brand color systems. Include your Pantone references in your RFQ or OEM documentation.
How are hats packaged for international wholesale shipment?
Hats are shipped in 7-layer strong outer cartons capable of passing a 30 in (approx. 76 cm) drop test. Individual polybag packaging (1 pc/polybag) is available as a custom option. Please specify packaging requirements in your RFQ.
