The minimum order quantity is 50 pcs. Orders of 10–30 pcs per design are also accepted for initial sampling or small-unit requirements.

Yes. Adult (41 × 43 × 15 cm) and kids (36 × 34 × 15 cm) sizes can be combined within a single purchase order. Teen sizes and fully custom dimensions are also available on request.

Hollow Grass is generally preferred for high-humidity environments due to its open-fiber structure, which aids ventilation and reduces moisture retention. That said, material performance varies by specific deployment conditions. We recommend requesting samples of each option to evaluate against your environment before committing to a bulk specification.
Can you apply our organization’s logo, and what application methods are available?
Yes. Logo application methods include embroidery, front patch (woven or printed), direct printing on the hat body, and custom pattern integration into the grass weaving. Under-brim digital sublimation printing is also available for full-color artwork. The appropriate method depends on your logo format and institutional requirements — this is confirmed at the PP sample stage.
Do you provide pre-production samples before mass production?
Yes. A free available sample can be provided (buyer covers shipping). Sampling lead time is approximately 7 days. A pre-production (PP) sample is submitted for buyer approval before mass production begins. Mass production does not proceed until the PP sample is approved.
What is the production lead time for a typical wholesale order?
Lead times by quantity: 1–100 pcs = 7 days; 100–500 pcs = 14 days; 500+ pcs = negotiated based on specification. Following payment confirmation, mass production runs 20–30 days.
How are the hats packaged for international wholesale shipment?
