Our OEM service is built for brands and buyers who already have a defined product — a tech pack, a sample to copy, or a detailed spec sheet — and need a factory to execute it accurately, repeatably, and at scale.
We own four things end-to-end:
Tech pack execution — engineering review, pattern interpretation, weave construction
Material sourcing — four natural grass options sourced through our Taizhou raw-material network
Production — hand-weaving, shaping, trimming, branding application
QC and shipping — 4-stage inspection, export documentation, FOB Ningbo or EXW Taizhou
The one thing we explicitly do not do under OEM: design from scratch. If you need concept-to-product development, that’s our ODM service.

IP commitment: We don’t resell your designs to other clients. Tech packs stay with the assigned project team and are never recycled into our catalog.

OEM Project Workflow — From Tech Pack to Shipment

Total horizon: 3–4 weeks for standard 200–500 pcs runs.

This is not a generic order workflow.

Stage 01 — tech pack review — is where most OEM projects succeed or fail. Our engineering team reads your tech pack against four practical constraints: weave feasibility (can the specified pattern hold the shape?), material yield (does the brim diameter work with the chosen grass?), branding feasibility (does the embroidery area accommodate stitch density?), and accessory compatibility (do the specified hardware components match the crown thickness?). You receive a written feasibility note alongside the quote, flagging any spec that needs adjustment before sampling begins.
The PP sample at Stage 03 is a 1:1 pre-production hat made on the actual production line with the confirmed materials — not a hand-built showpiece. What you approve is what gets produced.
A re-sample is triggered only when the approved spec changes (new colorway, revised brim dimension, swapped accessory). Cosmetic revisions within tolerance do not require a new sample round.

What’s the difference between your OEM and ODM service?

OEM = you provide the design, we manufacture it. ODM = we develop the design from your brief, then manufacture it. If you have a tech pack or a sample to copy, OEM is the right path. If you need concept-to-product development, see our ODM service.

Both work. A complete tech pack (dimensions, materials, Pantone, branding spec, accessory BOM) lets us quote and sample directly. A sketch or reference photo is also accepted — it triggers a clarification call where our engineering team works with you to fill in the missing parameters before quoting.

Vector formats are strongly preferred: AI, EPS, or PDF with embedded fonts and outlined paths. PNG is accepted at 300 dpi minimum at the actual print size. For embroidery, we re-digitize from your vector file to a stitch file (DST) — included in the sample stage at no extra charge.

We match to Pantone Solid Coated reference. Sublimation on woven fabric carries an inherent ΔE tolerance — we target ΔE ≤ 3 against the reference under D65 lighting. Exact lab-grade Pantone matching is not achievable on textile substrates and we do not promise it.

Yes. A mutual NDA is available on request and signed before any tech pack is shared with our engineering or sourcing teams. Single-document signing covers the full project lifecycle including any follow-on reorders.

50 pcs. That is a hard floor for OEM — below it, the per-unit cost of pattern setup, material sourcing, and PP sampling makes the project uneconomical for both sides. The 50-pc floor applies per SKU per colorway.
