Yes, absolutely. Before mass production starts, we will create a PP (Pre-Production) sample and send you detailed pictures for your approval. We will start mass production only after the PP sample is fully approved by you.

We guarantee tight, durable weaves. Our factory is located in Taizhou, China—a premier raw material and production hub for straw hats. Our workers have decades of experience in weaving, and we enforce strict production process control to ensure top-notch product quality.

Our standard packing is 25pcs/opp/CTN. To maintain the hats’ shape during transit, we include a plastic holder at the bottom of the hat stack and a paper ring on the top. (For more specific packaging requests, please feel free to contact us!)
